Whimsical Compass. Odd name for a blog you say?
Well it makes perfect sense to me. Much like Capt Jack Sparrow’s bewitched compass that has the power to direct its bearer to what it wants most, but in Sparrow’s hand… it’s often useless. He doesn’t know what he wants most. Just like me.
Wise are the words of the Cheshire Cat to Alice,
“If you don’t know where to go, it doesn’t matter which path you take.”
Armed with my Whimsical Compass, I’ve embarked on a journey with no destination in mind, but I’m hoping it’s at least half as adventurous as Frodo Baggin’s journey from the Shire to Mordor.

I LOVE the Famous Five. I always thought of myself as George. :) Had even attributed characters to my cousins. Looking forward to it.
